Aluminum Circles

Aluminum circles, also known as aluminum discs, are round aluminum sheets produced by stamping or precision cutting from aluminum coils or aluminum sheets. Thanks to their uniform thickness, smooth surface, and excellent formability, aluminum circles are widely used in industries that require deep drawing, spinning, and stamping processes.

Typical Applications of Aluminum Circles

  • Cookware such as frying pans, saucepans, pressure cookers, and rice cookers.
  • Kitchen utensils and food containers.
  • Lighting reflectors and lamp housings.
  • Electrical appliances and heating plates.
  • Traffic signs and reflective plates.
  • Industrial components produced through spinning or deep drawing.

Aluminum Circle Manufacturer

Yutwin New Materials utilizes advanced processing technology and stringent quality control standards to produce aluminum circles of various diameters, thicknesses, and alloys. The company selects high-quality aluminum coils as raw materials and employs precision processing techniques. We maintain strict quality control throughout the entire production process to ensure every aluminum circle meets high industrial standards.

Quality Assurance

Stable Mechanical Performance
Mechanical properties are strictly controlled to meet international standards, ensuring excellent performance for deep drawing, spinning, and stamping applications.

High Dimensional Accuracy
Advanced cutting and stamping equipment ensures uniform dimensions and consistent quality. Thickness tolerance is ±0.02 mm to ±0.05 mm, and diameter tolerance is ±0.5 mm to ±1 mm.

Clean Surface & Food-Grade Safety
The production process avoids oil contamination and industrial residues, making the material suitable for cookware and food-contact applications.

Smooth Edge Processing
Edges are carefully deburred to ensure smoothness and safety, improving performance in further manufacturing processes.

Excellent Formability
Uniform grain structure and controlled annealing ensure excellent deep-drawing performance without cracking.

Consistent Batch Quality
Strict raw material selection and quality inspection guarantee stable performance across every production batch.

How to Pack Aluminum Circles

Proper packaging is essential to protect aluminum circles (discs) from deformation, scratches, moisture, and contamination during transportation and storage. The following steps outline a standard and reliable packaging method widely used in the aluminum industry.

1. Wooden Cross Frame Protection

Aluminum circles are typically packed using a tic-tac-toe wooden frame structure. The frame consists of four wooden beams—two positioned on the top and two on the bottom.

  • The upper beams are shaped into arches and fixed with bolts to prevent pressure damage to the aluminum circles.
  • The bottom beams provide sufficient height for forklift handling, allowing safe loading and unloading.
  • All wooden parts are securely fastened with bolts, ensuring the aluminum circles remain stable and protected during transport.

2. Surface Protection

Before final packaging, the aluminum circles are carefully wrapped with soft protective cloth or neutral paper to avoid surface contamination or chemical reactions.

  • Packaging sheets are inserted within the wrapping layer.
  • The wrapping material is secured with packaging tapes to prevent movement.
  • Soft pads or cushions are placed on both the top and bottom surfaces to protect the circles from scratches or pressure marks.

3. Moisture-Proof Packaging

To prevent corrosion during transportation, especially in long-distance shipping:

  • The wrapped aluminum circles and desiccant (drying agents) are enclosed in plastic moisture-proof film and sealed with packaging tape.
  • An additional layer of waterproof cardboard is applied outside the plastic wrapping.
  • All edges and gaps are carefully sealed to block moisture and dust.

4. Final Securing and Labeling

The packaged aluminum circles are then placed inside the wooden cross frame and reinforced with steel straps to ensure stability during transport.

Each package is labeled with clear information, including:

  • Net weight and gross weight.
  • Packaging details.
  • Delivery method.
  • Handling and unpacking instructions.
  • Other necessary transportation precautions.
